Hongda Company, rooted in vibration machinery technology, underwent a strategic transformation in 2002, focusing on the electrolytic aluminum industry and dedicating itself to the research, development, and manufacturing of ground-level equipment for anode assembly workshops. Through years of relentless effort and continuous innovation, Hongda has launched a series of core products with independent intellectual property rights: Loading and Unloading Station, Bath Cleaning Machine, Butts Shot Blasting Machine, Butt Press, Thimble Press, Thimble Cleaning System, Stem Straightener, Casting Station, Stub Chain Cleaner, and others.
In 2009, we broke through the technological blockade! Our independently developed “Electrolytic Aluminum Anode Thimble Press” can press and remove the phosphor‑iron rings from four steel claws in a single operation, increasing pressing efficiency by fourfold and reducing energy consumption by 30%. It has replaced and surpassed imported equipment, enabling Chinese electrolytic aluminum plants to use “their own equipment”!
In 2017, in response to the domestic challenge of cleaning electrolyte from anode assemblies, we once again pioneered innovation: the “Single-Stage Electrolyte Cleaning Machine,” featuring a five-hammer impact design and coordinated cleaning stations, made fully automated electrolyte cleaning a reality. This solution addressed a longstanding industry-wide issue in China’s primary aluminum sector, quickly becoming an industry standard with a market share exceeding 80%!
With more than two decades of dedicated expertise in specialized equipment for anode assembly in the electrolytic aluminum industry, Hongda Company seamlessly integrates technological innovation with market demand, striving to provide comprehensive, one-stop solutions for anode‑assembly workshops at electrolytic aluminum plants. The company has obtained a total of 71 national patents, including 15 invention patents, 43 utility‑model patents, and 3 design patents. In 2022, it was recognized as a High‑Tech Enterprise, and in 2023, it was designated a provincial-level innovative SME and a provincial-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and new‑type SME. Hongda has established strong, long‑term partnerships with major industrial groups such as China Aluminum Corporation, State Power Investment Corporation, Xinfafa Group, Jinjiang Group, Weiqiao Group, Hope Group, Shenhuo Group, Nanshan Group, Wanji Holdings, Yidian Group, and Xinjiang Tianshan, among others. Its business spans leading domestic electrolytic aluminum producers, with a domestic market share exceeding 90%. In 2024, the company successfully exported a complete anode‑assembly production line to North Kalimantan Aluminium in Indonesia, marking the official entry of Hongda’s products onto the global stage.
