The autogenous mill is primarily used to process electrolyte from the assembly workshop and all other sources. After being crushed to the required particle size, the material is transferred to the finished-product silo and then conveyed by dedicated vehicles to the electrolysis workshop for use as thermal insulation material.
The Loading and Unloading Station is a large-scale set of equipment for loading and unloading anode assemblies. Its function is to load the spent anode rod assemblies from the anode pallets onto the production line, unload the finished anodes, and enable automated production at the station.
The Bath Cleaning Machine is used to remove electrolyte adhering to the surface of the spent anode, and its fully automated, mechanized operation saves a significant amount of labor.
The residual‑anode shot blasting machine is primarily used to remove the loose, high‑sodium carbon layer from the surface of steel‑claw residual anodes. The equipment can be operated manually or connected to the on‑site PLC for automated production.
Depending on the varying thickness of the residual carbon blocks on site, the Butt Press is mainly categorized into the bottom-pull type, the shear type, and the top-push type.
The Thimble Press is used to press and remove the thimbles from the steel claws, preparing for the next step in the anode assembly process.
The Thimble Cleaning System is designed to remove surface impurities from thimbles through self-grinding. Our company offers both single-drum and double-drum models, custom-made to meet customers’ requirements and site-specific needs.
Depending on the material to be cleaned, our company has designed the Stub Chain Cleaner, the Residual Electrode Chain Cleaner, and the Phosphorus Pig Iron Chain Cleaner.
The Stem Straightener can fully meet the production needs of the anode assembly workshop at the carbon plant, straightening aluminum stem rods that have bent on-line from two directions—90° and 270°—and at various height positions, thereby turning them into qualified aluminum stem rods for reuse.
The Casting Station mainly consists of a roller conveyor, a mold-closing device, a waiting-for-pouring station, a pouring station, a cooling station, a pouring trolley, a new-anode-feeding station, a scrap-block-discharge station, an electrical control system, and a pneumatic control system.
Electric loading and unloading station
The loading and unloading station primarily consists of a loading workstation, a pallet tipping workstation, a pallet transfer workstation, and an unloading workstation.
