    The Thimble Press is used to press and remove the thimbles from the steel claws, preparing for the next step in the anode assembly process. The pressing operation utilizes the hydraulic system of a hydraulic workstation to drive the hydraulic cylinder; it presses and removes the thimbles from four claws at once, with double anodes being processed in two separate cycles. This equipment can be operated manually or connected to the on-site PLC to enable automated production.
