This effectively cleans the material’s surface, the gaps between steel claws, and the bottom.

    Main uses

    The Butts Shot Blasting Machine is primarily used to remove a portion of the oxide scale from steel claws and beams, ensuring that when the guide rod assembly enters the next pressing-and-stripping process, the surface of the residual electrode does not retain soft residues, thereby facilitating the recycling and reuse of the residual electrode.
    The steel claw shot-blasting cleaning machine is used to clean steel claws after they have undergone pressure‑dephosphorization, preparing them for graphite coating.
