  • Product Introduction

The Bath Cleaning Machine is designed to remove electrolyte adhering to the surface of spent anodes. Through fully automated, mechanized operation, it saves substantial labor and significantly reduces emissions such as fumes and dust during the process, thereby improving the workshop environment. It can operate on a production line alongside other anode assembly equipment or be used independently. The machine’s operating procedures are primarily executed with the support of its hydraulic and control systems. Based on the type of steel claw, our Bath Cleaning Machines are categorized into dual-anode and single-anode models.

    Single-anode Bath Cleaning Machine

The single-anode electrolyte removal system comprises five workstations: a vibration‑loosening station, a large‑chunk crushing station, a shoveling and pushing station, a chain‑flinging and air‑blowing station, and a designated manual electrolyte‑removal station. These stations operate in concert through distinct processes to achieve efficient electrolyte cleaning.

    Dual-anode Bath Cleaning Machine

The dual-anode electrolytic cleaning system comprises six workstations: a transverse vibration loosening station, a longitudinal vibration loosening station, a scraping-and- pushing cleaning station, a through-type chain‑swinging cleaner, a rotary chain‑swinging cleaner, and a blow‑off cleaning station.

The key component of the Bath Cleaning Machine is the first loosening station. In 2017, in response to the domestic challenge of cleaning electrolyte from anode assemblies, we once again innovated with the “Single‑Stage Crushing Bath Cleaning Machine,” featuring a five‑hammer impact design and a coordinated cleaning station, making fully automated electrolyte cleaning a reality. This solution addressed a longstanding industry-wide issue in China’s primary aluminum sector, quickly becoming the industry standard and achieving a market share exceeding 80%.
