Product Introduction
The Loading and Unloading Station is a large-scale set of equipment for loading and unloading anode assemblies. Its function is to load the spent anode rod assemblies from the anode pallets onto the production line, unload the finished anodes, and enable automated production at the station. Our company designs two types of Loading and Unloading Stations: electric and hydraulic, tailored to the customer’s requirements.
Electric Loading and Unloading Station
The Loading and Unloading Station primarily consists of a loading station workstation, a pallet tipping workstation, a pallet transfer workstation, and an unloading station workstation. The equipment utilizes ground‑mounted trolley tracks, allowing anode trailers to enter the station directly and reducing the need for forklift transfers. Between the loading and unloading stations, pallet transfer trolleys are used to move anode pallets, further minimizing forklift handling. The entire system is driven by mechanical mechanisms and electric motors, resulting in low failure rates and easy maintenance. Electric‑powered loading and unloading stations can be configured as dual‑station, dual‑ground‑trolley systems or as dual‑station, single‑ground‑trolley systems, customized according to customer requirements and site conditions.
Hydraulic Loading and Unloading Station
The hydraulic Loading and Unloading Station is designed as a ground‑mounted rail‑guided mobile vehicle, allowing the anode trailer to enter the station directly, thereby eliminating the need for forklift handling and enabling automatic loading of each pallet with spent anodes and unloading of finished anodes. It mainly comprises a traveling carriage, an anode trailer indexing mechanism, a pallet alignment device, and a tilting anode pallet system. The traveling carriage is driven by a geared motor, while the guide rod for vertical alignment, the pallet lifting and lowering, and the pallet tilting are all hydraulically actuated.
