Product Introduction
The Butt Press is a key piece of equipment in the aluminum electrolysis anode assembly workshop, used to press and remove residual anode blocks from the spent anode rod assemblies. The pressed‑off rod assemblies are then reassembled with new carbon blocks for reuse, while the removed residual blocks fall along the discharge chute onto a conveyor belt at the bottom of the machine, which transports them to the next workstation for further utilization. The operation of this equipment is primarily supported by the hydraulic system and the control system.
