    The Stem Straightener can fully meet the production needs of the anode assembly workshop at the carbon plant, straightening aluminum stem rods that have bent on-line from two directions—90° and 270°—and at various height positions, thereby turning them into qualified aluminum stem rods for reuse. It features a vertical arrangement of lifting cylinders and straightening cylinders: when the overhead conveyor delivers the aluminum stem rods to the equipment’s straightening position, the straightening cylinders perform the straightening operation, while the lifting cylinders adjust the height of the lifting mechanism to accommodate different bending locations on the rods. The device offers adjustable straightening pressure and rotational capability, enabling it to correct deformations in all directions along the stem rod; the straightening process is operated via manual push buttons.
