  • Product Introduction

    The primary function of the Casting Station is to assemble the incoming anode carbon blocks with the conductor rods and cast them, producing qualified anode conductor rod assemblies. During operation, the conductor rods are conveyed longitudinally by a suspended chain to the meshing station, while new anodes are delivered to the same station via a conveyor. At the meshing station, the anodes are assembled with the conductor rod assemblies. The meshed anodes are then transported by a roller conveyor to the casting assembly table, where they are cast with phosphor iron using a semi-automatic casting machine. After cooling, the newly cast anodes proceed to the upper-chain station and are conveyed by the suspended chain to the next workstation.
    According to customer requirements, we will design Casting Stations in various configurations, including electric and hydraulic types, to meet customer needs.
